Each mug is cleaned, dried, and coated with a special polymer layer that helps bind the print. This ensures the colors stay vibrant and don’t fade or peel.
Your artwork is printed using high-quality sublimation ink on transfer paper. The printed sheet is then wrapped around the mug with precision to avoid misalignment.
The mug is placed in a heat press at high temperature and pressure. The heat turns the ink into gas and embeds it permanently into the mug’s coating — creating a long-lasting, scratch-resistant print.
Each mug is inspected for color accuracy, alignment, and print clarity. Once approved, it is safely packaged in a protective box to prevent damage during delivery.
